Terms of Use

Effective date: 26 October 2026

These terms apply when you use Qasimha (قسمها): the app for iPhone and Android, Qasimha in Super Qi and this website. Qasimha is run by Hayder Alghurabi (“we”, “us”). By using Qasimha, you agree to these terms.

A free service

Qasimha is free. It helps you record shared expenses and see the balances between people: who paid, and who owes whom.

Qasimha doesn’t move money

Qasimha never moves money, holds funds or processes payments. Payments happen outside Qasimha, for example in cash or by transfer; in Qasimha you only record them. Balances are calculated from what you and the other members enter.

What you enter

You are responsible for what you enter. Only add other people’s names and phone numbers if you have the right to do so.

Acceptable use

Don’t use Qasimha:

  • for anything unlawful, abusive or fraudulent;
  • to try to break or overload the service, or to get around its security;
  • to send spam with invites or links.

Your account

You can delete your account at any time (see Delete your account). We may suspend accounts that are used for abuse.

No warranties

Qasimha is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We can’t promise that it will always be available or free of errors.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage that results from using Qasimha or from not being able to use it. Payments between users, and any disagreement about them, are a matter between those users.

Changes

We may change Qasimha or stop offering it. We may also change these terms; when we do, we post the new version on this page with a new effective date.

Privacy

How we handle personal data is explained in the Privacy Policy.
